FF&E Production Manager

We are looking for a well experienced, talented and creative Production Manager to join our team in Berlin. Three years experience is required.

Requirements:

Advanced understanding with FF&E and OS&E lifecycle in hospitality projects
including development and coordination of:
— High Level Budgets
— Bill of Quantities
— Coded Plans
— Specification Sheets
Experience in FF&E design and production
Excellent aesthetic sense, great understanding of materials and attention to detail
Understanding of interior design development stages
Strong in collaborating with the project designers
Managing the overall FF&E project budgets
Strong in visual and verbal communication (English)
Collaborative team player with strong self-initiative
Comprehensive knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel
German language skills are not required

FF&E / OS&E Procurement Manager

We are looking for a well experienced, talented and creative Procurement Manager
to join our team in Berlin. Three years experience is required.

Requirements:

Procurement background with strong experience in dealing with worldwide suppliers
Establishing contingency plans for on time deliveries
Raising POs and ensuring all orders and invoices are processed, tracked and monitored against budget
Identify errors, problems and/or issues related to purchases and takes corrective actions as necessary
Experience in FF&E design and production
Understanding of interior design development stages
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Maintaining close relationship with suppliers and clients
Strong communicational skills (English)
Collaborative team player with strong self-initiative
Comprehensive knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel
German language skills are not required
